Everything a growing business needs, already joined up.
Six tools that sync overnight will disagree with each other by lunchtime. Here the enquiry, the customer, the invoice and the campaign are the same record, so there's nothing to reconcile.
A website you control
Publish pages, posts and events yourself, without booking a developer for every change. Your content is stored as structured data, so it can be reused anywhere on the site.
Customers in one place
Every enquiry, contact and deal lives beside the website that produced it. One record per person, and it's the same person your website already knows.
Billing & subscriptions
Take card payments, send invoices and run recurring plans, with your accounting kept in step automatically. Money in, books balanced.
Sign-ups & access
Let customers register, book and log in to their own area. You decide who sees what, down to the individual record.
Marketing that reaches
Build mailing lists and campaigns from the same contacts. No exporting, no re-typing, and no second tool to reconcile afterwards.
An AI that knows your business
Because your content and your customers sit together, an assistant can draft, answer and summarise from your real business rather than from a stranger's guess about what you do.
Worth being clear about this up front.
Most platform pitches are vague here, and it's the part that bites later. Here's the split, in plain terms.
Nobody else holds your data
Your contacts, content, invoices and documents live in one database on infrastructure you control. There's no vendor-side copy of your business, and nobody else decides what it gets used for.
You can be handed the keys
Leaving the managed service changes who operates your application. It doesn't stop your application working, because licence status is a billing record and never a switch inside your software.
The platform is licensed to you
The website engine, the CRM and the AI runtime are ours, licensed for your deployment and maintained by us. You can buy them out, which makes your licence perpetual. The code we write specifically for you is yours either way.
You publish content and manage your customers yourself. We build the platform underneath, keep it upgraded, and keep it running.
The questions people actually ask
No. Publishing pages, adding contacts, raising invoices and running campaigns are all done from the admin, by you or your team. You need us when the platform itself changes: new capabilities, new data, new integrations.
It depends on what you're moving across and how far your business differs from the defaults, so we scope it with you in discovery rather than quoting a number here. What we can tell you is where the time doesn't go. The website engine, the CRM, payments, permissions and the deployment recipe already exist and are proven, so none of that is being invented for you.
Your data, your infrastructure and the code written specifically for you are yours, and we hand them over. To keep running the application you'll continue a subscription, pay annual maintenance, or buy the platform out, and we'll quote all three so you can decide. If you'd rather another agency took it on, that works as well; they take a licence of their own. It's a planned project, not an overnight switch, and we'd rather you knew that now.
Yes. Capabilities are switched on per deployment, and anything switched off can be switched on later without starting over.
It stays in your database. Only what a specific task needs crosses the boundary to a model provider, and sensitive values are swapped for stand-ins the model never sees in the clear. There's a page on exactly how that works.

A discovery call maps how you work: what you sell, who you serve, what you charge for. You get a brief you can check, and a clear statement of what you'd own and what you'd license.
